Arrival & Collection

Official start time is 9:15am. NOTE All children must be signed in and out. Please notify one of the Play leaders is someone else is collecting your child. If you need to drop off your child before 9:15am please speak to the Play leader. Please arrive on time to collect children and ensure that they are supervised at collection time. Please don't allow them to run around the hall as this is where accidents occur.

Remember your soft indoor shoes!

Term Dates

Fri 17th October 2008 - Last day of Autumn term

Tues 28th October 2008 - First day of Winter term

Sat 15th November 2008 - Playgroup Fair

Fri 19th December 2008 - Last day of Winter term 

Fees

£5.50 per session including snack money (correct at 21st Sept 2008)

Rota

Have you taken your turn?

Everyone (whether parent or carer) is required to carry out 2 or 3 mornings each term helping with the Playgroup activities (3 mornings per term if your child attends 3 days a week). There is a legal requirement for a set ratio of adults to children, if not met Playgroups cannot operate. Two helpers are required per day.  Please add your name to the rota on the Notice Table as soon as possible.

Allergies

Please remember not to bring any items for the junk box that may have contained nuts or food cooked in nut oil. If you are at all unsure, please don't bring them in. 

Security

When leaving the building between usual drop off times, please let staff know so that the door can be locked behind you.
